Welcome Fair ‘25

Welcome Fair is a large-scale branding and wayfinding project for KCLSU. It was hosted at the historic five-floor Old Billingsgate venue and welcomed nearly 7,000 students in a single day. Working closely with our brand designer, we created... a wide range of event graphics, including signage, hanging banners, merchandise, and giveaways, to bring the space to life. A key focus of the project was to create a clear and accessible wayfinding system. A bespoke map was designed to help students move through the venue with safety and ease, supporting smooth crowd flow across social areas, services, and wellbeing zones.
